About the Alabama Wireless Association
(AWA)
The AWA consists of nearly 300 members of the wireless
industry, including those representing carriers, tower
companies and vendors. Our members are able to cultivate
relationships within the wireless industry, create a unified
voice that supports the development of quality wireless
networks, enhance the communities they serve and contribute
to a spirit of charitable giving.
Our Mission:
The Alabama Wireless Association is a business
league for the wireless telecommunications industry
whose purpose is to promote positive industry awareness,
cultivate relationships, and enable professional development
of its members by providing educational opportunities,
information, and a forum for collaboration among industry
and community representatives. The Alabama Wireless
Association is committed to the belief that cooperation,
integrity and high ethical standards are essential to
achieving this mission.
